My role: Visuals, UI, prototyping, and animation for mobile app enabling users to manage state health benefits on-the-go.

TennCare provides health insurance coverage to approximately 1.4 million Tennesseans. The TennCare app allows for a proactive approach toward benefits management—both for members and the state itself.

Rapid prototyping in both the wireframe and design phases allowed us to demo and test, early and fast. These iterations lead to the implementation of major enhancements that modernized existing features— enabling re-ordering of documents, responding to multiple requests, tracking communication, and easy editing of verification documents.
We were also able to guide the development of micro-interactions that added value and delight.
